Uses normal combat and the core character formulas. Hex travel, prices, campaign enemies, potion healing, and weapon variants are adaptations. Advanced critical hits, spiritual dragon battles, WordRunes, and full DragonRaid advancement are not included. The game supports its own milestone improvements.

Your party

Up to six people can share this computer. Each has their own character and inventory. The party travels together and shares story progress.

Combat advances to the next living player after an attack, combat potion, or equipment action. Each combat turn resolves one player and enemy exchange. Use End turn to pass; an active enemy can attack.

Battlefield

Click an empty touching hex to move. Numbers identify party members; ⚔ marks the enemy. Each move consumes a turn. Moving away from melee lets the enemy attack.

    Dice roller

Roll for tabletop decisions or custom scenes. These rolls do not change combat, stats, or player turns.

    Ready to roll

    Enter a physical die roll

Queue your real dice results before taking an action. Each replaces the next matching game die. Rolls you have not supplied are automatic. Enter the die face, without modifiers.

      Adventure Master

Private controls for the person running the adventure. Notes stay out of player scenes and narration. Anyone with this computer or project file can access them.

      Events & clues

Events respect conditions and campaign order; choices and rewards use the normal game rules. Run events at the party’s current location.

      Story flags

Flags represent facts such as spoke-to-guard or bridge-repaired. Event conditions can require them.

      Encounter

Zero health resolves defeat through the normal encounter rules. Battlefield placement is available outside active combat.

      Saves & recovery

      Recovery

        Hunt, fish & food

Use the active player’s skills. First find tracks or a fishing spot with Perception, then resolve the hunt or catch with Agility. Foraging uses one check. Each expedition costs time even on failure. Three attempts per tile replenish after three days.

Choose an activity. Hunting requires a ranged weapon or snares; fishing requires water access and tackle.

        Supplies & rest

One ration feeds one living character per day, consumed at midnight. Hunger and fatigue are warnings in this first version; they do not damage characters or change rolls. Camp restores up to 8 health; inns offer full recovery. Catches are prepared as preserved meals immediately.

        Story CSVs

Edit Locations, Events and Choices in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets. Export each table separately as UTF-8 CSV. Use stable IDs to connect rows. Campaign order and choice order start at 1.

Locations includes terrain, enemies, supplies access, private notes and story title/intro/ending. Events includes rewards, checks, prerequisites and campaign order. Choices includes responses, flags and epilogues. Keep full game saves and battlefield layouts in JSON.

        Import a new adventure

Paste CSV below or load each file. All three tables replace the story together. Choices may be empty. Previewing does not change your game. Applying creates a new party and restarts progress.

Choose a table to export, or load CSV files for a new adventure.

        Side quests

        Play online with friends

Sign in with Google or email, share an invite, and play one shared adventure. The host must keep this game open. Each friend controls an assigned character; the host leads travel and story choices. Player views contain revealed information. The full adventure and Master notes are restricted to the host and assigned Adventure Master.

You can host with one character. Friends can create characters after you approve them, or take an existing character. Create and finish characters below between battles. The first character belongs to the host; map editing stays locked during online play.

Firebase setup is required before connecting. See ONLINE-SETUP.md in the game folder.
